Phil, a member of Contents Recovery Experts, Downers Grove, IL, 60515, sent Western Digital WD7500BPVX-60JC3T0 laptop HDD to ACE Data Recovery after he had faced serious problems with his computer. ACE Data Recovery experts examined the drive in order to find out what's the root of the issue.

The examination indicated that Phil's WD7500BPVX-60JC3T0 HDD had the Head Rack Assembly (HRA) failure. That mechanism is responsible for proper read/write heads functionality. When damaged, it may result in magnetic platter damage and irretrievable data corruption. To make data recovery possible, ACEs got to swap failed drive's parts with their exact match taken from company's Physical Drive Library.

Upon successful completion of the operation, ACE Data Recovery engineers managed to create an image of the Western Digital WD7500BPVX-60JC3T0 laptop drive. Eventually, all intact files were retrieved from defective item, copied to an alternative data storage device and sent to Downers Grove, IL.

If you find yourself in a situation like my wife where her hard drive decided to take a dump and threaten to leave her with the loss of precious files, then I highly recommend you look up ACE Data Recovery.
