Customer Account Specialist in New York
Requirements:
BS or BA in related field. 1-2 years experience doing customer service/marketing.
Prefer technical background.
Description:
Customer Service/Marketing position to develop, maintain, and manage a sales territory (both marketing and operationally oriented) with a primary goal of increasing market share, revenues, and profitability. Will be responsible for assuming leadership role and establishing sales contacts and relationships with prospects and current clients in an assigned sales territory.
Identify potential business opportunities, defines goals and resource requirements, and is consistent with the objectives of the company. Coordinates these efforts with other sales staff and company management who have responsibility for other locations, divisions, or subsidiaries of the account. Originate and develop new clients and/or increase share of business in client offices. Identify client needs and respond to requests and concerns while maintaining profitability and consistency. Act as liaison to various areas regarding client activity, prioritization of accounts, compliance, actual or potential problems, and resolving servicing issues. Participate in pricing, service, and contract negotiations with DBD. Compile and complete monthly sales reports and other required correspondence in a timely and effective manner. Act as liaison between client, sales organization, and the balance of company's departments on client/sales support issues. Represents the company at various client, trade association, and company meetings.

Recovery Engineer in Dallas, Houston, Chantilly (DC) and New York
Requirements:
Requires 2+ years experience in repairing damaged magnetic and optical media, RAID's, database systems, mail systems, FAT/NTFS/HFS file systems.
Certifications and skills in reverse engineering, software development, network administration are preferable.
Must have equivalent to BS in EE or CS.
Recovery Technician
Requirements:
Must have experience and working knowledge on all operating systems and hardware.
Must be A+ Certified
Senior Data Recovery Research Engineer
Requirements:
Requires 5 years experience in: logical analysis for damaged magnetic, flash and optical media, file systems,
RAID systems, and SQL databases, hard drives and system tracks repair, design circuit boards with hardware description
language VHDL and magnetic head preamplifier chips, programming in C/C++ or Delphi and assembler ASM.
Must have equivalent to MS or BS+5 years in Computer Engineering
